We are now offering ‘contact free’ deliveries. If you would like to use this, please leave a note in your order notes on the Checkout page.
Limiting contact when delivering orders will help keep everyone healthy. DPD, our third party courier, will leave your parcel in a safe place, so will our own drivers in London Zone 1 and 2.
Given the current circumstances, we all need comfort and safety. We wanted to let you know that as a business we are operating a ‘business as usual’ mentality. Whilst the situation is ever-changing and we are monitoring developments extremely closely, as a business we aim to be as positive and hopeful as we can. And we want to make sure we can fulfil the demands and needs of our customers during these times. Therefore, our home deliveries are running as usual.
We can deliver your plan every Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery covers mainland UK. That’s all of England, Scotland & Wales. Due to the perishable nature of our products we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. If you are unsure if we deliver to your address please contact us prior to booking.
For a morning delivery (before 10.30 AM) we can provide a special UK courier service for an extra £17. Deliveries before 12pm are charged at an extra price of £12. These prices are per delivery.

Fresh food delivered!
To ensure our food is always delivered fresh (NOT FROZEN) to your door, our longer day plans are delivered every 3, 4 or 5 days.
When purchasing an 6 or 8 day plan, we will split the order into 2 deliveries. When purchasing a 9 or 12 day plan, we will split your order into 3 deliveries.
Alternative times are possible throughout London with private couriers for an extra charge
1. At the checkout you will be asked to enter your delivery address
2. Choose a delivery time that suits
3. Select your delivery date and time from the calendar
Please note: The date chosen on the calendar is the date for delivery. For customers purchasing a Cleanse Program, we recommend receiving your delivery the day before the intended start date of your cleanse. This will ensure that you are able to start at your desired time.
For next day deliveries, the cut of time for order preparation is 11 am
When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation with the delivery date and tracking information. You will receive a text or email with an one hour time slot.
Receipt of Delivery
All orders will be delivered chilled to the address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
Once we make delivery My Detox Diet cannot be held responsible for your parcel left to spoil or be stolen. It is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be left in a safe place, products held in postal depots cannot be guaranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held.
You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us by calling or emailing us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase. If you experience any problems with your products during your plan, please contact us directly on the day.
We want you to be happy. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.
