Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the conditions that appear below. These terms and conditions were last updated in 2019.
Whilst My Detox Diet is used as a tool to help your general health and well being, the programme does not guarantee weight loss and cannot be relied upon to improve your health. Please contact your doctor if you are in any doubt about your current state of health. My Detox Diet advice given to you on a daily basis should be followed in correlation with the programme to gain ultimate results from the Detox programme.
My Detox Diet has the sole right to change any planned menus or programmes at our discretion. The meals are designed to use fresh seasonal ingredients and occasionally these might not be available as planned. My Detox Diet reserves all rights to make changes at any point.
We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. My Detox Diet may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program. My Detox Diet is also not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first and let us know prior to staring the programme.
Mydetoxdiet does not aim, nor claim, to cure, diagnose or treat any illness. While the website and other information that we may send provides general information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice and is not tailored to your specific requirements.
Allergies and food intolerances
Please inform My Detox Diet prior to placing your order about any food allergies, dislikes or food intolerances. All of our food may contain traces of nuts.
Juices cleanses and meal plans
All our juice cleanses and meal plans are made in our own commercial kitchen and are plant based, lactose, dairy, egg and refined sugar free but may contain traces of nuts, seeds and soya (tofu).
All our plans can be made gluten free.
Vegan: All of our juice cleanses and meal plans are plant based.
Gluten: All of our juice cleanses and meal plans can be made gluten free.
Dairy & Eggs: All of our juice cleanses and meal plans are dairy and egg free.
Nuts: We use almonds, mixed nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds in some of our products.
Soya: All of our juice cleanses are soya free however some of our meal plans may contain soya or tofu.
Bakery: We also have a vegan and gluten free cake range for our market stalls and wholesale which can contain gluten, nuts, soya, eggs and cane sugar. Our bakery processes try to ensure there are no cross-contamination between the vegan and gluten free cakes. Whilst they are still made in the same bakery, all equipment and surfaces are sterilised before the gluten free cakes are made.
We produce all of our cakes in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our cakes, cookies and bars have zero contact with peanuts or nuts.
Delivery terms and conditions
All of our food and juice plans are delivered to your door, every 3 – 4 days depending on the specific programme. All our deliveries are in ice-packed hampers accompanied by a welcome letter, a meal plan (to pop onto your fridge door as a reminder of what to have when) and detailed storage instructions. Your juices and meals are delivered in biodegradable packaging designed specifically for My Detox Diet. Please be aware that all our products are produced fresh and have to be refrigerated on arrival. You should always start your plan on the day of delivery or latest the day after!
We deliver all over the UK, Wales and Scotland, either to your home or to your place of choice. A signature is normally required however your parcel can be left in a safe place if requested and full responsibility is taken by you.
We deliver with DPD and our own drivers (London only) every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday either between 9am to 6pm.
Note that Saturday deliveries are possible, although additional charges may apply. Our kitchen is closed Sundays, so Sunday or Monday deliveries are not possible, except for group bookings larger than 5.

For a next day delivery, please order before 11am the day before!
We will be glad to arrange for delivery to an address different to the invoice address.
Please indicate clearly the delivery address when placing your order.
To change the delivery address during your program we require 48hr notice in advance.
Due to circumstances beyond control, sometimes our couriers experience unavoidable delays. In these circumstances we respectfully request that the client allows until 6pm for receipt of the parcel, however you must notify us by telephone by 2pm that day. In the event that delivery still has not been made or attempted by 6pm on any day, we will try to redeliver the next day. If the parcel still does not arrive the following day, we will arrange a re-delivery on a suitable day for the client.
We shall not be liable for any non-delivery, even if it is our fault, unless the client notifies us by telephone by 2pm on the due day. It is agreed that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to accept delivery.
The client must check that all items are present upon receipt of the parcel that day. We will not be liable for replacing missing items after 24hrs of the client receiving their delivery.
If the client changes their mind, we are happy to refund their order as long as it is not within 48hrs of the start date of your cleanse/meal plan.
If the client wishes to cancel a delivery date this also needs to be done 48hrs in advance of the start date of your cleanse/meal plan.
If the client wishes to change the duration of a plan whilst on the plan, such as reducing from a 12 day cleanse to a 6 day cleanse, or to cancel the next delivery, this needs to be notified at least 48hrs in advance. The price you will be refunded will reflect the price of the new plan if that was purchased exclusively. As longer length plans are discounted, the client will receive a refund reflecting the price of the new plan.
We have our own drivers but are sometimes dependent on using a third party courier to deliver our packages. We endeavour to use the most reliable companies when entrusting our packages with them however a very small percentage of deliveries may not arrive. As this is out of our hands, we are not liable to give any compensation for this, however if there is a more than 24hr delay, we will re-send the package on a day suitable for the client.
We do not deliver any refunds due to the nature of our product. You may however reschedule your cleanse as long as you give us 48hrs notice.
We do not store Credit Card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Warranties and Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall:
Exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Affect your statutory rights if you are transacting as a consumer.
Subject to the above paragraph, our entire liability shall be capped at the sums paid by you for our service during the relevant subscription period. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with the use of the Website and the purchase of goods from Mydetoxdiet, and to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
