- Sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- Spring onions
- 3 cups of fresh rucula
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 of one ripe avocado
- 6 radishes
- 3 tea spoons of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tea spoon of sesame seeds
- 1/2 a lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together: organic arugula, avocado, cherry tomatoes, radish, spring onions, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds.
Toss fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Plate and serve!
