Delivery Information

All of our diets and juice plans are delivered to your door, every 2 – 5 days depending on the specific programme. All our deliveries are in ice-packed hampers accompanied by a welcome letter, a meal plan (to pop onto your fridge door as a reminder of what to have when) and detailed storage instructions. Your juices and food are delivered in biodegradable packaging designed specifically for Mydetoxdiet. PS: please be aware that all our juices are hand and cold pressed and you should always start your detox on the day of delivery or latest the day after! Where we deliver to, and when:

We deliver all over the UK, Wales and Scotland, either to your home or to your place of work.

  • London (zones 1 to 2), we deliver by courier or Parcelforce from Monday to Friday until approximately 9am.
  • London (zones 3 to 4), we deliver by courier or Parcelforce from Tuesday to Friday until approximately 9am.
  • The rest of the UK (mainland), we deliver via Parcelforce or TNT from Tuesday to Friday. The times for these will vary depending on the location, but will generally include either an am delivery betweem 7am and 12pm or an all day delivery between 9am and 6pm to your home or work address.Wales and Scotland, we deliver via Parcelforce from Tuesday to Friday.

Note that Saturday deliveries are possible, although additional charges may apply.

Cancellation and delivery policy

 

First and foremost, a 48 hour cancellation policy applies.  If you chose to cancel your order before 48 hours, no charges will apply.  If you cancel your order in less than 48 hours, full charges will apply.  This is because we will have already purchased the core ingredients for your meals at this point, and would not be able to resell your delivery slot at this late notice.

We aim to deliver your parcel at a time that is agreeable to you.  The delivery slot will be confirmed with you via email prior to your booking.  As noted above, we make best efforts to deliver most of our parcels before 9am.  However, city traffic and other conditions outside our control may lead to the occasional minor delay (e.g. 10 minutes to half an hour), where our couriers are unable to get to you within the agreed slot on account of such unforeseen circumstances.  These occasions may be rare, and we ask you to bear with us and account for this when booking your delivery slot.

When no one is available to accept the parcel, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour.  Please note it is your responsibility that someone is available at the desired address to accept the parcel, as we require signature to confirm receipt.  Please note that no parcel will be left outside your door (either by our courier or by Parcelforce).

Note that you are not entitled to a refund for late delivery in any of the following circumstances including, but not limited to, fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, criminal act, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, governmental act, act of God, terrorism, war, or from any industrial dispute whatsoever.
