These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk, part of the Beautifulbreak family.
By accessing the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Introduction

This website is owned and operated by Beautifulbreak Ltd.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
Choose your Detoxini Diet Plan, Detox Plan or Iyashi Dome session
Your contact is with www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk, either via phone or online. We will arrange, or you can choose the various packages as displayed on the website. Bookings are on request and will be confirmed, subject to availability, within 24h. Before the booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence we reserve the right, to increase/decrease published online/printed prices.
Our acceptance of an order takes place after we have received your payment. Confirmation of this acceptance will be sent to you.
The price quoted to you is subject to change on amendment of your personalised program but notice will be given of such changes
We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers at our discretion.

We may refuse to accept an order:
  (a) where arrangements are not available;
  (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

All payments received by electronic bank transfer may incur charges from your bank, please ensure that the full amount required is received and that all charges are incurred to you.
Only one credit/debit card per booking can be accepted. If you are making a booking with a gift voucher, a valid credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk reserves the right to charge this card with any outstanding money owing by you or any of your guests if any outstanding money is not settled at the end of your Detox program
Please make a note of the booking reference number you are given, to present on your arrival, and to quote in any queries regarding the booking

Confirmation
Confirmation of payments received and commencement date will be sent to you in writing.

All reservations are subject to availability. You may only book BB Detox in conjunction with day/evening admission. When completing the online request form please be aware that your reservation has not yet been completed. A member of the reservations team will contact you to confirm availability and to process your reservation.

Website accuracy
We rigorously check the accuracy of our information supplied on our website. If we have, through our own experience, or by having been informed by the suppliers, been made aware of changes to the transportation, property, treatment, etc we will ensure that our website is updated to reflect the new information. We will also make sure you are aware of any known changes when you reach us via phone or email. If we are not aware of changes, however, we cannot be held liable/responsible for any such changes.

Pricing
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.All prices shown are valid per person per individual arrangement. Upgrades to arrangements can be made and will be charged to the customer.

In today's global economy, currency fluctuations, fuel price changes are frequent and unpredictable. We do our best to keep our prices constant as published. From time to time we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect significant currency changes, transportation companies imposed fuel surcharges and other unforeseen charges. Beautifulbreak strives to have all its prices on the web site updated and accurate. When you have accepted and paid the price and the booking is confirmed, your price is guaranteed with the exception of charges outside of our control, i.e. taxes and compulsory charges introduced after your booking is confirmed but payment is mandatory.
www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk reserves the right to introduce promotions at any time. All bookings made prior to a promotion being introduced cannot be changed to that of the promotion.
Please note that all pricing is subject to change.
Please note that all products and services bought over mydetoxdiet are vaild for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Health
We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any weight loss or nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. We recommend that you use the Health MOT which can be booked additional from one of our affiliate clinics. In case you choose your own doctor we have to advise you that the doctor must have full understanding of the program which you intend to undertake.

All medical conditions, prescription medication and recent surgeries or procedures must be fully disclosed before you book with www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should also disclose that information to the team.
As all food consumed during the program is prepared by BeautifulBreak all food allergies or special requirements must be disclosed before you book with BeautifulBreak Detoxini.

All medical conditions that arise during the course of the program must be immediately disclosed to the www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk team. All other discomfort experienced other than those anticipated must be similarly disclosed. This includes pregnancies.
www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk does not aim, nor claim, to cure, diagnose or treat any illnesses. The program is aimed at simply improving bodily functions.

If you do not let us know of any special requirements at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate your requirements at the time of your Detox. If any part of the treatment is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability.
Whilst our team will helps to plan the daily menus, the advice is only general and must not be relied upon as being specific health advice. If you are in any doubt about your health, you must see your own nutritionist or doctor as soon as possible.

Deliveries
We deliver our Detoxini range all over the UK, Wales, Ireland and Scotland. You will receive a chilled food parcel every four days between 7am and 1pm Tuesdays and Fridays.
London: Deliveries are possible Mondays to Sundays. Weekend surcharge will apply.
Outside London: Deliveries are every Tuesday and Friday between 7am and 1.30pm. Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional charge.
Time for delivery shall not be the essence of our contract.
We will be glad to arrange for delivery to an address different to the invoice address. Please indicate clearly the delivery address when placing your order.

To change the delivery address during your program we require 48hr notice in advance.
Due to circumstances beyond control, sometimes our couriers experience unavoidable delays. In these circumstances we respectfully request that you allow until 4pm for receipt of The Food Parcel. In the event that delivery still has not been made or attempted by 4pm on any day, we will either dispatch the goods again free of charge or make a full refund for that day. We shall not be liable for any non-delivery, even if it is our fault, unless you notify us by telephone by 2pm on the due day. Any liability for non-delivery shall be limited to replacing. It is agreed that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to accept delivery.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
Our cancellation policy is 8 days prior to commencement of the program after which the full amount is payable depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, however, if a suitable replacement can be found the refund may be made at our discretion.
Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who made the original booking.
Cancellation will take effect on the day that any written notification is received. As this incurs administrative costs the full amount of the deposit will be retained if the cancelation is made within the 8 days prior to commencement.
As places are limited, no refunds will be issued to drop-outs or cancellations after commencement of the program.
Subsequent cancellation of your Detox program by BeautifulBreak will result in a full refund or reallocation to another BeautifulBreak Detox programme
In the event of a refund, the payment will be submitted within 4-7 days.
If delivered goods are sent in error, damaged or spoilt, please return them to Beautifulbreak Ltd, 67 The Heights, SE7 8JQ London and we will replace them in 5 working days.

Gift vouchers
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date stamped on the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part and cannot be replaced by www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk if lost or stolen.
All Gift Voucher packages need to be pre-booked. When making a booking with a gift voucher a valid credit card number will be taken to secure the reservation. The content of the gift voucher packages cannot be changed.
Mydetoxdiet reserves the right to replace any element of this voucher with an offering of equivalent value. Whilst every effort is made to ensure all order alterations are carried through, www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk cannot guarantee that the amendments will be received prior to the order being processed and dispatched.

Credit card misuse
The majority of card issuers either cover all the charges that may result from unauthorized use of your credit card or debit cards, or may limit your liability to £50.
www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your reservation and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when booking with www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk.

How we use your information
When you give us information, it may be used for a number of different purposes which are listed below.
Administration of the site: Some of the basic information you give us is necessary for us to operate our service for you, such as knowing your full name
To enable customer services: We ask for your contact details, such as your email, to enable us to resolve any queries you may have about using the site and for us to notify you about your booking
Direct marketing: If you have agreed we can provide extra services, such as emails about new products, services and promotions
To learn about what our customers want: Any extra information we ask for helps us to understand our customers better - we think that it is important to keep improving our service.
Sharing data: We do not pass on your personal details for marketing purposes to any third parties.
What to do if you do not want to receive information: You have the right not to receive marketing information if you do not want it. To opt out of receiving information from www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk, you should "tick" the check box saying "remove me from the mailing list" on your emails.
Updating the information you have provided: You can, at any time, change and update the information you have provided by sending an email to info@mydetoxdiet.co.uk. We will update your profile for you.

All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by BeautifulBreak Limited for their use by any person other than such holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' right

Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Our Liability to you
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the services and treatments are supplied as described and to a reasonable standard.
We do not accept any liability to changes or cancelations incurred by terrorist actions or threats, civil strife, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, unforeseen changes to our circumstances or other events beyond our control.
We do not accept any liability to a participants’ medical or psychiatric condition which may develop during or subsequent to the Detox program, or to loss or damage of personal property of any participant.
We are not liable for any injuries or death the participant may incur. All activities, such as yoga classes and gym use are undertaken at the participants own risk.

Additional conditions
Our Detox programmes are not suitable if you are currently being treated for cancer, Tuberculoses, Hepatitis, Liver Cirrhosis, Depression, over active Thyroid gland or any other treatment for a chronic or life-threatening illness, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have suffered from a heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months.
www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk is not liable for the mishandling or neglectful storage of all food stuff provided that may result in food poisoning or other illnesses.
Full participation of the program is essential. If a participant deviates from the diet or fails to attend to all the treatments, www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk is not responsible for failure to achieve the desired results of the program.
Any contract between you and www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk, whether for use of the site or in relation to services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties, (you and www.mydetoxdiet.co.uk) submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Contents on this website are directed solely at consumers who access this Web site from the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
