Reduce and/or eliminate your intake of the following ingredients 3 days before you start your detox:

1. Alcohol (beer, wine, liquor)
2. Coffee
3. Meat
4. Refined carbohydrates (white breads, pasta, white rice, pastries)
5. Sugar and artificial sweeteners
6. Dairy
7. Eggs
8. Processed foods
9. Hydrogenated oils (most vegetable oils)
10.Fried foods

Please increase your consumption of:
1. Fresh fruits
2. Fresh vegetables
3. Whole grains (oats, whole wheat, rye, barley)
4. Olive oil
5. Nuts and seeds
6. Green tea, oolong tea
7. Water
