The Infrared Domes allows the user to lie back and relax on a comfortable wooden bed. The technology of the unique black carbon dome gradually heats up the body by emitting vibrations of far-infrared rays that are in line with the infrared naturally produced within the body. The head remains uncovered during this process whilst the dome cocoons the rest of the body for a purifying, regenerating and slimming treatment.
Infrared Dômes ensures a loss of up to 600 kilocalories for every half hour session (even more in some cases). Moreover, the heat penetrates up till 40 mm under the skin, which is purifying, in depth cleansing, reduce cellulites and helps the anti aging effects.

Download our health questionnaire and fill it out prior to your session. If any health problems apply please give us a call on 0208 8585877.Please do not consume any alcohol at least 6 hours before attending an Infrared DÔme session.Do not eat 30 minutes prior to the Infrared DÔme session.Remove all make up and avoid using body lotion prior to the treatment.Infrared DÔme London will provide you with water, Detox teas and towels.Please arrive at the centre 5 minutes before the start of your session if you are late we are unable to hold your appointment.Our cancellation period is 48 hours prior to the treatment. If you cancel less than 48 hours a 100% cancellation charge will apply.Please be aware that you enter the Infrared Dome at your own risk.
