How do I sign up for the plans?

Simply go to our website, choose the plan you like and the available start date and pay online. Send us an email to info@mydetoxdiet.co.uk telling us about allergies and food intolerances and you delivery address in case it is different than your registered address.

How long are the plans designed for?
Our trial plan is 4 days and our Alkaline weekender is for 2 days then it is completely up to you how long you would like to carry on.

Can I start anytime?
We have designated start and food delivery dates please see our website for more details. If you require any other time frame, please let us know, and we try to accommodate you.

How long before I can expect results?
Individual results vary, but you should start to notice results after four days.
